10:00am – 12:00pm – Lighting and Appliances
Would the latest in lighting technology make sense, and save cents, for your family? We compare the pros and cons of energy efficient lighting – CFLs and LEDs vs. incandescents. We also explore energy saving features of new appliances.
12:00pm – 2:00pm – Air Sealing
Is your house drafty? Do you run a humidifier? Are your utility bills high? This class gives you tools to diagnose and fix the leaks in your home to create a more comfortable and energy efficient environment. Ask questions to experienced professionals.
RENT INSTEAD OF OWN? Principles from these classes can be applied to make your living environment more comfortable as well!
