Jim Ward is currently the President of the ACHP Board of Directors. He is a residential contractor by trade and, as owner of Ward Development and Construction Management, Inc., develops new residential subdivisions and builds new single family homes, condominiums and remodels and builds additions to existing homes. Prior to founding Ward Development , Jim worked as a framing and trim carpenter for several construction firms in Idaho and Alaska.

Jim’s outside interests include spending time with his kids and grandkids at the “Kenai Compound” and thinking of funny comebacks to his own jokes.
